Recently in Fiji, last week an Australian national was deported because he breached his work permit regulations thus giving the authority to the Immigration Dept to deport him. After the deportation was done on Monday the 25th Feb 2008 a promulgation was passed by the Minister for Defense that neither Mr. Hunter can apply for appeal or review for the PI: prohibition notice issued to him. Goodbye Mr. Hunter as long as the regime is in power you will never be allowed back into your office.
Well all those who have interest to discredit the interim regime must be cautious in the way handle the issues relating to the way forward for Fiji. If a indefinite PI issued then you'll have to stop thinking of making it back to Fiji.
